Shipping

Orders are carefully packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before shipment. 

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

VYCE is not responsible for carrier delays or packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Returns

We want you to be confident in your VYCE purchase. Unused and unopened kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Because VYCE kits contain medical and trauma supplies, opened, used, damaged, or altered kits and individual medical components cannot be returned for safety and product-integrity reasons.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Please include your order number and photos of the issue when applicable.
