Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about staying prepared on the road.

How is this different from a standard first aid kit?

Most first-aid kits are designed for minor cuts, scrapes, and everyday injuries. VYCE is built for serious roadside emergencies, with bleeding-control and trauma supplies selected specifically with motorcycle riders in mind.

Where should I store the kit on my bike?

Keep your VYCE kit in a secure, easily accessible location such as a saddlebag, pannier, tail bag, or other motorcycle storage compartment. Protect it from excessive heat and moisture, and store it where it can be reached quickly in an emergency.

Do I need medical training to use this?

No. Anyone can carry a trauma kit. However, having the right equipment is only part of being prepared. We encourage riders to become familiar with the contents in their kit and learn how to properly use the individual components before an emergency occurs. Reputable first-aid, CPR, and bleeding-control training is strongly recommended.

Is the tourniquet a real SOF brand?

Yes. Every VYCE kit includes an authentic SOF® Tactical Tourniquet. We do not substitute imitation or knock-off tourniquets. VYCE also includes trusted trauma products from recognized manufacturers, including North American Rescue and QuikClot®.

What Real People Are Saying

  • These kits aren't just made for riders. I have one in my vehicle and on my bike. Great supplies for any emergency.
    —VYCE Customer Feedback
  • I did a lot of research before buying the VYCE kit and honestly couldn't find another kit with this many supplies I'd actually want in an emergency. A lot of the other kits were packed with basic stuff just to make the supply list look bigger. This one has the things you'd actually need in an emergency and has brands I recognize and trust. For everything you get, it's a great deal compared to other kits I've looked at.
    —VYCE Customer Feedback
  • This kit is such an amazing idea and so needed. I really wish I would've had one in my car a few months ago when I came up on a motorcycle wreck. I wanted to help, but I didn't have any emergency supplies with me.
    —VYCE Customer Feedback
  • I love that I can throw this in my saddlebag and not worry about it taking up a ton of space. The hard case is awesome too because I don't have to be gentle with it. It's packed with everything I'd want in a kit and I feel better knowing I have it when I ride.
